Keyword Tool – These Changes Slap Everyone
Gone are the good old days when Google used to slap those marketers who were all too obviously manipulating the system in a malicious and black-hat way. Now Google slaps the whole SEO community all at once. Thank you Google.
Crazy ol´ Lady Google has some nasty surprises under her hat for all of us who are doing our SEO to rank for our chosen keywords and drive traffic to our web-pages.

Did you check the keywords you are trying to rank for with Google´s Keyword Tool lately?
Google´s Keyword Research Tool has undergone an unannounced change that led to a humongeous drop in search volume numbers throughout all keywords there are. This is not funny Google! This is not funny! Read More→
BackLink To The Future (c) is an off-page (White Hat) SEO technique using article marketing as a means to build a multitude of strong backlinks in order to turn your webpages into Google friendly online-search-engine-spider-heavens ranking high (very high) on your chosen keywords.
Sounds good?
Is good. Let me explain:
I. Keywords
Talking about backlinks we are automatically talking about search engine optimization or short SEO. And we all know that keywords are the foundation of any attempt to use search engine optimisation as a means to drive free traffic to our webpages. You have to master your specific niche´s keywords to do the best possible on-page SEO on your pages.
Realize that you always (Always) want to rank high for the exact keywords (and not for ANY keywords) you are targeting. And you´ll know which ones are the right ones after you have done your specific topic´s keyword research.
Hey, stay with me, I am talking about backlinks hence off-page SEO in a second..but, you see, what sense would it make to have a ton of quality backlinks linking to the wrong or semi-optimal keywords? You are right. None. Therefore the preliminaries about keywords.
II. Backlinks
Now let´s talk about backlinks also called inbound links. They are the most important ingredient of your SEO efforts to ensure that your pages rank high in Google. It is widely accepted that the best backlinks you can get are links embedded in a text-body such as in an article or in a blog post.
Let me give you my definition of backlinks:
Backlinks are links on one website that lead back to another website or webpage.
Let me reiterate: They are the backbone of search engine positioning and seo marketing.
In order for a webpage, webpost or lens to be on the top of search engine search results for any chosen keywords they need to have backlinks. And the better the quality of these backlinks are the more ranking power they add to the page.
Not all links are created equal. Links can be of low or high quality in Google´s eyes.
Google looks at backlinks like this:
1. The higher the Page Rank of a website that carries the link to your website is (Page Rank is Google´s own quality score system ranging from 0-10, 10 being the best possible score. Do not confuse Page Rank with the ranking of a webpage on a Google search!) the more power it has to help your website to gain a high position in search engine search results.
2. The more quality backlinks a webpage gets the better.
3. The quantity of backlinks is – in general- an important factor for high positioning in search engine search results.
III. Article Marketing
One fabulous method to get a high quantity of quality backlinks in order to reach high search engine results positioning for your webpage is to employ article marketing.
You can post articles to web 2.0 sites (like Squidoo.com, hubpage.com,zimbio.com to name a few), article sites (the most known being ezinearticles.com) and article directories and you can use your aticles as press releases as well without paying a dime.
These articles containing your links to your desired webpages are your best way to design the future of your Google search rank.
Make sure to use your main keywords as an anchor text link, that is the specific keyword in the article being your link to your desired URL.
Many of these sites you can post to have a high Page Rank so they have a good link power to boost your webpage rank in Google when you have placed your contextual link.
But of course as always, there is a BIG Con. The con of article marketing is that you have to come up with unique content for each and every site you post to.
Why?
Because using the same article over and over again and posting it to numerous sites would break the Google content rule which basically means that Google doesn´t want duplicate content.
Besides that the article sites don´t like duplicate content either. Using the same article on many different sites thus won´t help you in your efforts to rank high.
In a nutshell you have to produce new, fresh content for each and every site you want to create backlinks from. And that of course is a very time-consuming undertaking. Simply put: It sucks big time!
But don´t worry. There is two possibilties that I know of to get any amount of unique article content without slaving yourself to write all the unique articles yourself.
1. You could outsource the article writing and the submission of the articles to someone else. If you have some money to spend then this is a good way to get the work done. And it won´t cost you your pants either. Here is a link to learn more about outsourcing for the industry´s leading expert John Jonas:
2. The other way I know of to get great contextual backlinks and which solves the aggravation of writing so much content is to utilize a powerful software tool.
You might have heard of article spinning software before and if you are anything like me than you´ll be very sceptical about the implementation of such a software.
It is hard to believe that a software can crank out unique articles that do not stink because they are a terrible read, isn´t it?
In fact there are software tools I have come accross during my research on article marketing that spin articles and boy, you´ll end up with a ton of illegible crap.
But I dug deeper and discovered a software tool that helps you to create any amount of unique articles which are perfectly readable.
The software I discovered is called Rapid Rewriter. It is a great helping tool to produce hundreds of unique articles within 60 minutes or less.
It just depends on the pre-work you invest – yes there is work to be done on your side, not that much though, it is way worthwhile and it is the reason why this software is so brilliantly different. In short it works like this.
1. You write an article usually between 350 and 400 words long.
2. Within the software you rewrite each sentence 5 times in different wordings. If you are a good writer this rewriting will take less than 60 minutes.
3. The software has a built in Thesaurus to further exchange selected words with different words of the same meaning. You choose which words shall be spun with synonyms. All handy and easy.
4. You push a button and the software creates hundreds of articles in text or HTML from your article spinning the words and sentences you have created.
5. You´ll end up with hundreds of unique articles you can now download, export and submit to any site you like. BTW: The software even sends out the articles to 6 of the best article sites on the market.
It works. It is an awesome time-safer. This is a top notch software and it gets my highest recommendation. You can find out more about the software here: Rapid Rewriter
Alright, I didn´t want this post to be that long but the topic "backlinks" can hardly be dealt with in less words.
There is so much more helpfull information I´ve learned during my research on backlinks and I have decided to write an indepth report on backlinks which I´ll be releasing by the end of June 2010.
I would like to ask you a favour:
You can help me to create the best report on backlinks and article marketing on the market by leaving me your questions about backlinks in the comment section below.
I could not cover but an overview in this post and I´ll bet you have questions.Would love to hear them. Thanks.
Looking forward to get your feedback.

How Leaving Comments on Blogs Related to Your Site Sky-Rocket Your Business
By Mirko · Comments (46)This post of mine is part of the Amazing ComLuv Blogging Contest
When you are leaving comments on other people´s blogs that are related to whatever niche you are marketing to then your own online marketing efforts are rewarded in a multitude of ways.
Let´s jump right in and let me explain:
#1 Unlimited source of back-links.
Many blog administrators allow you to leave a link of your choice together with your comment´s text on their blog. Attention though: By default most WordPress blogs are set up with a nofollow-code which tells the search engine spiders not to follow certain links including those links left by blog visitors on posts. So even if you are allowed to leave your link those blogs won´t “reward” you with a back-link because they tell the search engine spiders not to follow your link.
In order to get a viable back-link to your site/blog you need to make sure that you leave the comments on blogs that have the “nofollow” default code disabled for the comment area.
The picture below shows the entry section of the comment luv plugin and shows you how to use it.
All blogs that use the CommentLuv plugin which is available for different blog platforms like WordPress and Blogger have a dofollow code. This code replaces the nofollow default setting in the blog´s comments area. CommentLuv blogs are hence a great resource to get back-links to your desired blog/site.
#2 Increase traffic to your online business
If you´ve found a good blog post in your niche join the discussion. Be helpful, add different angles to look at the post´s subject through your comment and if you disagree write a kind but controversial comment. If the blog you´ve chosen has a lot of readers this can drive a decent amount of traffic to your blog/site. And if those people who noticed your comment on someone else´s blog found your comment interesting or helpful they are inclined to leave a comment on your posts as well.
I am certain that you´ll agree that there is nothing worse than writing and posting on your blog and then nobody leaves comments. Acknowledge this and chose to be different. This will be a big turning-point for formerly deserted blogs. And it is so simple! Reward other people´s work (if they deserve it, of course) by leaving comments and you´ll almost inevitably attract others to leave comments on your posts as well. The law of reciprocity is at work here. Make use of it!
# 3 Build up your community, your reputation and leave massive footprints
I assume that you´d only leave a comment on blog posts that you´ll find interesting. So do other commenters who leave their comments on the same post and hey, those are obviously like-minded people. Go figure! Now, check out their blogs too – they might likely do the same with your blog. Start to enter inter a discussion with them. This way you´ll increase your community of like-minded people online and at the same time automatically build your reputation as part of a community.
Go and get yourself a Gravatar at gravatar.com so that each of your comments carries your chosen logo whenever you leave comment. This will not only add to your general visibility but will make it easier for people to re-recognize you within your community. This way you´ll leave massive footprints.
# 4 How Comments can turbo-charge your learning curve
It is not only a fact that you can learn a ton of worthy information from other people´s free posts. Furthermore in your own comments on other blog posts you are free to ask questions and I know a lot of blog administrators who love to answer related questions put forth on their posts.
Also the other commenters will probably join to answer your questions if you place it as an open question to all participants. Thus you will be able to learn from your fellow bloggers and turbo-charge your own learning curve.
Are these 4 strong reasons to leave comments on other people´s blogs all the reasons there are? Would love to hear your thoughts on this subject.
Please leave your comments below.
