Hype and Tons of Crap
You see, the online marketing world is full of distractions – as mentioned above. It is full of hype and tons upon tons of crap people trying to sell you on. And it really makes me sick to admit that I have been meandering around the internet arena for more than 6 months. I fell for the clutches of this internet marketing kraken most call information overload…
My computer hard drive is groaning with the weight of hundreds of Ebooks and video courses, my email account got flooded with emails daily and I believe by now I have had a look into every single angle of this online marketing game.
From reading hundreds of blog posts over the last few months I know for sure that quite a few people will be able to relate to what I am writing about here.
O.k., before I´ll let you in on what I believe to be the biggest secret to make you or anyone an online marketing success story I´d like to point out that I do not regret the way I approached this game and got lost. I´ve learned so much, got introduced to hundreds of internet marketers and had a close look at their work that I feel comfortable today to make the right choice in this sea of opportunities.

Honestly, this in my opinion is the major key to make your online marketing dream come true.

Find a mentor who has been where you are now, who has a proven track record of success and former or current students raving about his/her work. Check out her/his style and find out whether your gut is saying "Yes" or "No", suspend your disbelief (tell the little man or woman in your head to shut the f… up) and get into massiv action implenting your mentor´s instructions.
My journey to online marketing success has changed dramatically since I jumped on board the coaching programme of Alex Jeffreys about 4 weeks ago. Yes, I think we made the right decision to get Alex's Coaching. Its absolutely mind-blowing. As i mentioned in my first blog, his coaching already has an immense impact on me. My thought-process, preparation, planning everything had a revamp after that 'Forward to Basics' lesson.

thanks so much for wonderful comment and your free spoken questions (If that´s the right word for it. You know even though my english is good for a german bloke, at times I still do have to search and find the right vocabulary if not in my head than in the dictionary
I have indeed posted my 90 day plan on our members board and I will post my first 30 days plan on paper on my office wall. I am so much more focused than before and yes, I am also not perfect yet but getting better everyday now.
I really enjoy the support of our community and my inner bells tell me that there is something big and wonderful going on. There will be a lot of opportunities for all of us to work together.
It makes sense and it is simply a great pleasure!
BTW: I love the way you put up your blog theme and style on the blog. Your posts are very well written and compelling. Great work!
I am looking for the right solution at the moment to separate my posts content into little chapters with a “continue to read” e.g. tab. Like the way our friend Nathan Rufus has done it on his blog. Isn´t it great?

And I am falling in love with our student's community, too! There is
such a buzz to it. Certain people are showing up on a lot of similar
sites and hjave really great online personalities – like Nathan and
others.
There are a few things I still want to change on my blog – like I want
my comments to be numbered like a list, for example.
Also, I want to have 'outsiders' visit my blog as well 0 and maybe buy
something! That would be nice. But I am having fun – and this
definitely would not be happening if it were not for MWA 3.0.
It's so exciting!!

Your post was superb mate. Actually it was yet another reminder to me of just how lucky we are to have had the opportunity to be involved with MWA3.0.
I am completely new to not only the internet marketing arena but to forums and blogging in general – I had never entered a forum in my life until I began this program. To me blogs were simply people telling the world about their daily lives and I thought that these people must not be able to create and maintain real friendships -so they turned to the internet to try and find friends…I actually felt sorry for them
As far a forums were concerned I just assumed they were groups of interested enthusiasts in a bunch of hobby type areas and not being a great hobby-type person I never bothered to look.
Well how things have changed…like you I really appreciate the help, support and absolute kindness offered in so many ways in our MWA3.0 forum AND as a relatively new member of the Warrior forum I have also found help and genuine support.
I must tell you that I am not going to focus on the “how to make money” IM niche. To me starting my blog in IM and doing all the fantastic training and coaching with AJ and all you guys, is simply a stepping stone or a base for me, to move onto other less competitive niches that can also be very profitable.
As Alex says if we can make it in this niche then we can make it any where…and that’s exactly what i plan to do. Apart from that all the skills I am learning will help me immensely with the marketing of our Thai silk web site AND more importantly to me ,the friendships I create here I will cherish for a lifetime – it is one unbelievable journey of discovery and to share that with a group is something very special to me.
