The latest brain scientists discoveries match 1:1 with my own experiences - unfortunately it happened to me as described in your comment at work, where you usually spend a lot of time with people and it seems inevitable that we pick up words and sometimes even habits we don´t like from people we don´t like. If you have a new colleague at work and he uses an expressio nwe dotn like - sure enough four weeks later u catch urslef using the same word. Our subconscious just takes it as sponge.Sad enough:-) So we better watch what surrounds us. Also you talk about Csikszentmihályi and the flow - it allways comes to flow right at the limit of our competence limit, thats where we enjoy most and it also reflects how far we are in that skill.
